Estate complaints

Report issues on the estate — WARA compiles a monthly report and delivers it to Rendall & Rittner.

How it works

  1. Confirmed WARA members post complaints here — cleaning gaps, broken lifts, concierge issues, waste, communal areas, etc.
  2. Attach up to 6 photos. Location + when it happened help the committee triage.
  3. Every month the WARA committee compiles all open complaints into a single report with photos, grouped by category and building, and sends it to Rendall & Rittner.

Emergencies + crime: report to Police first (999 / 101). Use the security report form for anti-social behaviour and safety incidents.
