Building 50 (Scaffolding and heat)
Colin G.·24 Jul 2026Hi, does anyone know when the scaffolding will be taken down as I've asked a few times with no adequate response. Also, the temperature in the flats is topping out at around 31 degrees. I've asked about applying a reflective film applied by a company to help reflect the heat. Was told that it alter the aesthetics of the building and Berkely homes are likely to reject. Any advice on this? Thanks Colin.
