The Work Order Report shows 213 work orders assigned to Go Building Solutions ("GBS") for the property, invoiced at £177,000 across FY2023–FY2026. The FY2025 URL list contains a single GBS invoice totalling £384. The residents' committee flagged this supplier as one of concern before the review began.
Committee's interpretation
Either the GBS spend was mostly in years outside FY2025, was billed to entities outside the S22 buildings, or is not being disclosed. Committee should request the full GBS invoice register.
